“Hops ‘r Better” Winer
Vineyard: Fiesta Vineyard & Winery
A semi-sweet white wine with hints of tangerine and tart zesty lemon, our version of a margarita.
“This is the Life” Winer
Lush black fruit with wonderful spicy finish and nice, balanced tannins
The “Timeless” Winer
The color is of rich ruby with the darkness of plum. The scent of cedar and anise or licorice hit the nose with a lovely subtlety. I found the tannins smoky with only a mild oak flavor. It went exceedingly well with an intimate dinner of rare prime rib, steamed asparagus and baked potato. Mmmm.
The “Hippy” Winer
Excellent color, clean and crisp. The flavors of apple, pear and even melons are evident but none overpowers the others creating a beautiful lasting finish on the tongue. Excellent with an antipasto tray featuring dry cheeses and smoked oysters.
