Wine: Sauvignon Blanc 2012
Type: White, Dry
Vineyard: Mulderbosch Winery (South Africa)

Buy local or find it at Wine.com

Rich in flavor and smooth on the tongue.  Chilled, it is crisp and refreshing with a touch of minerals that help carry it to the finish.  Tuna steaks seasoned with a touch of smoked paprika, garlic powder and salt went to their fate in the excellent company of this wine.

Wine: A to Z Pinot Noir 2012
Type: Red, Dry
Vineyard: A to Z Wine Works (Oregon)

Your nose in this glass is grabbed by juicy berries cherries, lavender and violets that transform to clove and cherry tobacco. I found the flavors or fruit, flowers and rich dark earth. In front of the chimera with friends and the smell of smoke….good memories are made here.
