Hailing from 1425 when Romanus Albrecht started the winery in Alsace, France, this winery is now overseen by Wolfberger cellars (founded in 1902). This particular sparkling wine is sweet but not overbearing and has a slight hint of honeysuckle with overtones of grapefruit. Crisp.
